News:Under 13s Girls in S-Tech Plate Final

I am sure you will all want to join me in congratulating our U13s girls team (and Gary, Steve, John and Neil) for getting through to the S-Tech League Plate Final, which takes place on Saturday 3rd May at Burwell Rec, kick-off time 10.30 a.m.

Cambs FA are providing a referee and linesmen, and a League representative will be attending to give out the trophies at the end.

Please do come along and support the girls, especially as it is so local for us all. We thought that perhaps we could raise some money for the club on the day, with the usual refreshments and a slightly bigger raffle (prizes gratefully received please), and Gary hopes to approach one of his parents with a view to serving hot food (bacon rolls, yum). We could really do with some volunteers too, as we don't want to ask the girls parents as they obviously will want to watch the match, so if you think you can help us, please do get in touch.
